Services for Landlords

Mum&Dad offers comprehensive property management:

Choosing proper tenants according to the availability date. We take photos and show the place only to the truly intrested candidates. The keys may be safe kept if authorized so.
Offering legal advice and preparing the rental agreement - your presence will only be required to sign it.
Doing all the paperwork with the supplying companies, e.g. registration and termination of the contracts, change of holder or billing details, as well as controlling the bills and corresponding payments.
Totally processing the charge of the rental fee for you.
Taking care of all breakdownds without bothering you. We'll only call you if the repair fees exceed the authorized amount.
Controlling the payments due on the tremination of the contract (supply back payments, security deposits, possible damages).

Will be charged monthly together with the expenses you fall into with the total guarantee of safety, reliability and peace of mind. We'll take the worry out of your life.
